I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like I should with this one. I came in needing a root touch up as well as a couple shades lighter all over. I'm in a musical and they want me platinum, something that wouldn't be difficult considering my hair is already about a level 9 and exceptionally healthy. The stylist at Gardenia agreed that my hair was healthy enough to bleach, but insisted I would be content with "just toner". I repeated myself multiple times to no avail. I should have walked out then, but I had rehearsal the rest of the day and a photoshoot the next morning, so I chose getting at least my roots done over nothing at all. I understand that I pull brassy, but it's not hard to lift the actual levels of my hair. I left with roots that were bright yellow and multiple levels darke

I had my nails done by Terry. She did an amazing job. The price was very reasonable and it is a quaint little salon where I had a chance to relax and enjoy a little me time. I already recommended it to a friend and will be back!
