I walked in for a last-minute haircut for my birthday and left with a pushed hairline and a visible nick in my eyebrow. While the fade was well done and the beard acceptable, the barber in the second chair from the left upon entering displayed poor customer service skills and took no responsibility, claiming it was alopecia despite clear evidence of a trimmer nip. Reimbursement was limited to my tip, and the experience was disappointing. It’s better to book an appointment and review a barber’s work beforehand than risk this happening.
