Galvan Studios moved to a new location, but the communication about this change wasn’t very clear. It appears that existing appointments weren’t transferred from the Galvan Studios system to the new system, as I still received a reminder for my appointment on July 4th. I even adjusted my plans and made a longer commute, only to find no one there. I’ve always appreciated your work and was looking forward to continuing as your client, which makes this experience especially disappointing. As a suggestion, please consider being clearer and more proactive when making such transitions, so loyal customers don’t feel overlooked. Wishing you all the best with the new location

I purchased a Groupon for classic extensions. I will preface this by stating this is not my first time purchasing extensions on Groupon and I’ve never had an experience as such. Some groupons only service half the eye (80 lashes) Which I thought may have happened so I called once I left to make sure that I did not overlook the fine print and was told that no the entire should’ve been done.,I also was told that a sinner lash is used on the classics and possibly with the Groupon so my lashes didn’t look anything like the photos featured in Google. I was asked If I could come back the next day which I originally said no because I work. I ended up getting off early and stopping by the studio five minutes after the time that they asked me to come and was told that the technician had gone to lun

I’ve seen Maddie for a lash lift and tint, and Marii for lash extensions (classic set.) Both of them were amazing! The salon is easy to contact via text and very professional/clean. I will be a permanent customer!

Galvan Studios is the BEST eyelash studio!!! I have been going to Emily for over three years! I have been to other studios over the years and no one even compares! Emily’s attention to detail and the quality of my lashes bring me compliments on a regular basis! I love that Emily focuses on the individual and she wants to make everyone’s experience personal rather than me feeling like I’m just another customer. Emily’s non judgmental attitude along with her energetic, positive personality make it a great experience! When I step into the salon I immediately feel relaxed due to the calming atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the attention to detail in the decor. They also have the MOST comfortable chairs which make it a spa like experience every time. I highly recommend Galvan Studios!

I always look forward to coming in for my eyelash fills and facials at Galvan Studios! Scheduling is very convenient and they’re always accommodating for my inconsistent work schedule. I’ve been getting my lashes done here for many months and always leave with a fluffy, full set. Each artist will provide you with the best recommendations for your individual needs to ensure you have the best, longest lasting results. Emily, Jaymie, and Marii are all amazing and will take excellent care of you. <3 10/10 would recommend.
