I unfortunately had the same negative experience twice at this location. This most recent was at 4:10pm on Monday, February 16th. I wanted to see what manicure and pedicure services they provide so tried to search for their website, when I couldn’t find one I decided to go in and kindly ask in person. I walked in and said greeted the staff with a hello, and none of the employees responded. I said “Hello, I wanted to inquire about the services you offer.“ and the male employee replied “no.” I assumed he misinterpreted what I was saying and thought I was soliciting; so I then said “Do you have Gel x or acrylic?” He said “no.” I then asked if they offer pedicures and what type of pedicures they have…. He said “no.” I then asked if they can do designs on nails, he said “no.” Not a single time

I can’t say enough amazing things about this salon! Kim is truly the sweetest human you’ll ever meet and incredibly talented at what she does. Every time I sit in her chair, she makes me feel like family…she’s attentive, caring, and always goes the extra mile to make sure my nails look perfect. Her attention to detail and warm personality make every appointment something I look forward to. LeLe, who does my waxing, is equally wonderful. She’s professional, gentle, and has the kindest spirit, which makes the whole experience so comfortable. I always leave feeling pampered and cared for. Linda did a great job on my French tip nail fill. The location is very clean and personnel are very friendly!! After a recent pedicure, my legs felt sooo smooth and the meticulous color & trimming made my toenails look terrific!!

I went in on Friday for a pedicure after being on my feet all day I just wanted to relax. I actually ended up deciding on a full set instead. I only had time for one service due to having to pick up family coming from out of town but planned to return the next day for the pedicure. Well, I walked out with neither of the services because after a 5 minute exchange they insisted they did. It know the simple art of a glitter ombre done with polish on an acrylic nail. I explained to 2 different people and both seemed to either push dip which I didn’t want and tell me they don’t know how to do that and don’t have the product to do it but yet have a whole shop full of glitter polishes. I never got a pedicure or full set and I was really disappointed I didn’t get to treat myself to a relaxing time

Got a pedi and I was not pleased with my experience. I'm not too sure the lady that did mine but I was uncomfortable the whole time. She poked into my skin by my big toe, multiple times, I jumped. The hot stones and towels burnt. I have pics but it doesn't do it justice. I def wouldn't be going back,at least not to her. Other techs seemed great but who knows. Still trying to find a good nail salon🤷🏼‍♀️
