Let me start off by saying there has been many rocky points with this over all company with me renting with them, but they definitely own up to when things are going wrong. I before would have given a 1 star rating but i see now they have improved alot with communicating with their tenants. They have changed for the better some employees that work for them that have really stepped up to do what is needed to be done. We sometime fail to realize a company's flaws is not just the owners issue but the employees that work for them. I had ongoing issues that were not addressed right away in the past for months, but recently response is typically within 3days which is a working progress. Rick and Funz, two very cool brothers and great guys. Michael and Joey, funz sons, hard working and great guys. Ricks sons now are working , I forgot their names but respectful and good guys. People have mixed opinions my reviews are fair, honest,and how I see things, that being said these guys are professionals and they help anyone if someone has anything bad to say you can bet it's because they themselves tried to pull some bs on these guys. You treat them right,,,they treat you like family. The secretary on the other hand they should get rid of her, again, that's just my opinion.

Slumlords pretending to be a legit property management company. I've spoken with other renters living in other units and its the same story everywhere. They don't fix anything, they don't respond to emails, and they don't check their voicemails so you can't leave messages. Then if you don't pay rent they evict you even though they don't wanna fix stuff. Honestly there should be a class action lawsuit against them so they lose their license but they know too many people in Norristown City Hall for anyone to stop them.
