How this salon has a 4.7 is beyond me. I had gone there for a cut color and highlight. The girl who was doing my hair was so preoccupied talking with another staff. My hair apparently wasn't processing fast enough so Instead of putting me under a dryer or simply waiting she put me outside. I sat on a chair with tin foil all over my hair outside . About 10 min later she brought me in did a quick rinse. No shampoo no conditioner. My hair is very long and curly and it needs conditioner in order to get through the snarls. After that she ran the blowdryer no brush nothing so now I have a big frizz ball. She started cutting and was cutting it to short. I stopped her at this point and said I was done. She actually started laughing and said something but I don't remember what she said. I paid the

My stylist totally nailed my look and I got tons of compliments not only that they had me in and out just like they said they would💇🏻‍♀️. The salon vibe was chic and relaxing - perfect for getting pampered during the holidays. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top notch experience!!!!!🎄💇🏻‍♀️

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service – Especially on Christmas Eve I am writing this review based on how my wife was treated by Gallery Salon, and it was completely unacceptable. My wife had a 1:00 PM appointment with 2.5 hours of scheduled services. Earlier that day, the salon called her and asked if she could reschedule to 15 minutes earlier. She explained that she would try her best to accommodate their request, and agreed. She was asked to arrive at 12:45 PM, which she did her best to do. She arrived at 12:55 PM — still earlier than her original appointment time — and was told she was “15 minutes late” and refused service entirely. My mom and I have been coming to Gallery Salon for years now!! Charleigh has done my sweet 16 hair, prom hair, wedding hair and most recently my baby shower hair! She knows how to highlight and style my hair perfectly and I always leave the salon feeling great. She also does my hand-tied extensions that I’ve had in since my wedding and you would never even know I have them! She blends them so well into my real hair and it looks amazing. Amy is also sooo good at makeup and eyebrows. All the staff is friendly, talented and kind. I brought my wedding party here and every single girl looked so beautiful! I would never go anywhere else for hair or makeup!
