Loved them so much! we got the owner to do our nails, walk in too! we walked in and there were a lot of people there when we (3 people) walked in. We got mani pedis too. Would definitely go again thank you!!

I've been going here for years, Jenny, Henry & Tom are the best at SNS & Heat Gel nails. Jessie is my personal favorite for Gel Pedicures. They're clean, detail oriented and efficient. I recommend booking well in advance, as they are always booked! You won't be disappointed! Even though I moved to San Diego and sometimes Vegas, I still come to LA just to get my nails done by them because I trust them and their work.

Thanks Tom! His gel nail skills are superior!! He can file and push very quickly without any pressure or discomfort. He is popular, do call him at least a few days in advance. Usually he picks up your call. Do say hi 😊

I've only gone here only because it's conveniently located, but the employees are terrible. The first time I went, one of the ladies removed an ingrown toenail when I asked her not to, and my toenail was bleeding a lot. She simply put glue over the wound and proceeded to paint over the blood. She got mad when I asked her to put more of their antibiotic powder to stop the bleeding. I've also gone for gel nails, and one of the female nail techs took longer than an hour to do them at a not busy time. The next day, one of them completely peeled off. It's been about a week and there's already chipping as well as dents and bumps in the gel. They're cheap, unprofessional, and lack all sorts of customer service skills. They have their own conversations and don't engage with the customers, and on t
