Me and my sister specifically called and asked about the promo we seen advertised ON THEIR WEBITE and ON GOOGLE. They stated that yes they do have that discount still. So i scheduled an appointment for me and my sister. 1 fill 1 set. We got there and the lady at the front didnt book my sisters appt (okay thats fine they still got her in) They tried to seperate us when we were told to sit doen at the nail tables. My sister explains that we have to sit together due to my high anxiety. The lady at the front with the glasses rolled her eyes and told me to wait so i went to the restroom. I adore all the women here. I love the atmosphere. They are able to do designs on nails really well. And their prices and so fair.

AWFUL PLACE... The worst nail salon around. And I have tried many. Badly done, quick & rush service. They care about Quantity, not Quality. I was charged 130 dollars for a Pedicure & Manicure that my cuticles were not properly removed. The color was done far away from Cuticles. This is how my nails looked within less than a week, most of the nails simply fell out completely, and I did not or do any household work (please see the pictures attached to my review): Simply OUTRAGEOUS and AWFUL! For anyone looking for a good nail salon, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this one! BAD BAD BAD...

I have been going here for about 9 years. We always make appointments. Everytime I come in I have an issue. The manager here and all of the staff are rude. They have each others backs and never meet the customers needs. I had an apptointment, which I came in on time For. 30 minutes later they still HAVENT started my feet yet. I look over, and they started 3 other peoples pedicures before mine , and they did not have an appointment. I had an appointment though. This has happened over 3 times. They manger refused to give me the mangers number. I spend too much money here for them to not care. They also talk bad behind customers back right in front of their faces, and laugh at them. Had my nails dipped here and she did a terrible job, the color wasn’t done close to my cuticles and quickly began chipping away. When I went to another salon to have it removed, she had painted an acrylic on under it that was very hard to remove and left my nails looking awful! I didn’t ask or the acrylic nor was I told it was being put on there. Two of my nails broke within a few days, I have never had this happen with the dip powder before ( been doing it for years) I would never go back there again!! I will say the person at the front desk was friendly, not so much the one that actually did my nails and I didn’t have to wait very long. That’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of just one. I suggest you find a different place to have your nails done!
