Phone number does not exist that’s listed on website. They have a QRL code to book an appointment that’s on the window of the barber shop. To me that makes no sense, cause you would have to walk or drive there to book an appointment, just for them to tell you they are all booked! Waste of time would not waste my time with this barber shop

I scheduled an appointment for my son who was very excited to get his hair cut there. Normally I would not spend $40 for a haircut but I spent a lot of time in the location when I was pregnant (before it was the current barbershop). The only way to schedule an appointment is through the app and was subject to 100% payment if not canceled 24 hours in advance. Hayden canceled our appointment through the app a few hours prior, no apology or explanation. We were already in otr and planned our day around the appointment.

I’ve been a customer of Trimmz for 5+ years and was one of his first customers when the shop opened. He cuts my hair exactly how I asks, and my blend and line up are always top tier. Trimmz is professional, dependable, and very personable. The owner, Rico Grant, did an amazing job at creating an inclusive space where everyone is welcomed. I enjoy the shop environment in the heart of vibrant OTR and I have great relationships with all the barbers. My favorite part about the shop, besides my haircut, is the diversity and the conversations between the barbers and customers. Definitely check this shop out , it’s one of a kind.

Gallery at Gumbo is more than just a barber shop. The back room is filled with art pieces created by local Cincinnati artists. The owner, Ricardo Grant, is consistently finding community outreach opportunities to not just make his barbershop a more inclusive place; but the neighborhood and city as a whole. I personally have been solely getting my hair and beard cut here since they opened, more specifically with Trey. Gallery at Gumbo only employs the most talented and trustworthy barbers, with thousands of hours of experience. The respect and genuine care for customer service is transparent. This is the ONLY place I will go to get right in Cincinnati. You will not be disappointed.
