Very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Price gouger. Does not respond in a timely manner. Spoke with her in August of 2024 for a December 2024 event. Told her that I wanted 18inch length. I was told that she will have it. She was on board in August but when December came amnesia kicked in. She did not have the 18 inch length and she did not travel for weddings. I purchased the 18 inch length hair elsewhere. Then received a text message stating that she couldn’t work with hair purchased outside her salon. The hair had to be purchased directly from her. She never looked at the hair or touched the hair. She had no idea what the quality was. So since she didn’t have the 18 inch hair , I had to purchase the 22 inch hair. I haven't personally been to her but I'm way over in Texas hearing she is the WORST! I plan to visit Arizona soon and definitely WILL NOT be booking! I have a very honest friend who went to her and she ruined her and her family special moment by being highly UNPROFESSIONAL. These reviews saying this business is unprofessional is not lying at all! Please find elsewhere to book your stylist!

I just want to start off by saying I love Ashley! She is very professional and efficient at what she does. My first time going to her was my first time getting a wig install in AZ & I knew right then & there that I wasn’t going to let anyone else touch my hair when it comes to wig installs. She is the best in AZ hands down! She has a very great spirit and her energy is everything. Go get slayed ladies I promise you you won’t be disappointed♥️

My girl Ashley is hands down the most raw in the mf game and y’all need to stop playing and put some respect on her name! What you need? Wig? Sew-in? Tape in? SHE GOT YOU! In AZ it’s hard finding someone who can do natural hair and she is amazing at what she does. I’m very grateful for her.
