Galaxy Nails

Overall ok. I find the ladies that do the nails to be pleasant and respectful but the ladies that ‘manage’ are rude and curt. In the times that I have gone, I find some to be selective to whom they show kindness. Lastly, they have a business card where they stamp every time you go, and once it is filled, the LAST visit states ‘free’. The expectation is that if you go regularly, the last visit would be free. I went today with my stamped card and was told that I will receive a 10% discount. I asked why does it state free, and was responded with ‘those are old cards and nothing in life is free.’ I explained, then the word free shouldn’t be on the card, it’s false advertisement. The managing lady’s response let me know how much they value me as a customer. Or would I have received a different

This place is the absolute best! My mom and I came for gel manicures with Martha and Pamela. They always do an amazing job! I love that they take their time with you, and properly remove previous gel polish. I’ve also came for regular polish pedicures and they last for weeks.

I came into this establishment due to the early opening.The appearance and mannerism was nice in the beginning which I appreciated. I went in for a gel fill in on my natural nails which I have been growing for a very very long time. I have been to various locations and have never broken not one of my nail until I came here. Four of my finger nail broke and I'm not talking about the tip the broke from the top causing my nails to bleed. It was than I realized that the gel was to thin on the corners causing my natural nails to break and rip from the skin. I went in today to express how unhappy I was about how I've never had an issue with my nails and how they've never ever broke that way before. This place is the best!!! Galaxy was recommended by a friend and I’m SO glad I made the change to here!!! The ladies and owner are welcoming and professional. VERY clean establishment. So much talent!! They take their time with each client and don’t rush you out. Very personal care. It’s a great little gem in Nanuet!!

Absolutely an incredible experience! I don't knoe the name of the lady who did my nails but she was quick, perfect, gentle, and didnt miss any steps! The place is super calm and chilled that I definitely will be coming again!
