:((( I liked this store until I went with my roommates and owner kept getting paranoid we would steal… to the point she chased after us after I paid for my stuff and told us to empty our pockets.

They have okay stuff but stare and follow as if you're trying to steal. It's a predominantly black and brown area so I don't know why they feel the need to do this. If they don't "trust" the area then move. Don't bother. Take your business elsewhere. There's a better and more friendly spot down the street.

Just left this place. Was in the store a total of 15 mins tops and I was approached by 3 different people a total of 7 times as well as followed down the aisles. Why sell Black hair products if you’re going to profile every Black person that walks in? Very disturbing.

They have many products but chase you everywhere as if you are a thief. They also ask you several times if you need help and it feels like they want you out of the store asap. For these reasons, I suggest the store next to this one. You will be treated better.

Avoid like a plague. Horrible experience here. Came in with my backpack and they chased me down. They claimed I had to leave it in the front because my bag was too big and will knock down products. My bag was not wide enough to knock down anything. I refused because I have valuables in here and if it gets stolen they sure won't reimburse me. The asian lady then says in a nasty tone if you knock it down then you BUY!! First of all if I knock down a product and I break it than yeah i'll pay but to assume i'm gonna do that and talk to me that way is just outright rude to a customer. TO BE HONEST THEY RACIALLY PROFILED ME AND ASSUMED I'LL STEAL. I NEVER HEARD OF ANY STORE TELLING YOU TO LEAVE YOUR PURSE OR BACKPACK BY THE DOOR. IF YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED AND FOLLOWED AS IF YOU'RE GONNA STEAL
