Gadsden Nails

Worse service! Would NOT recommend. Would not fix my toes. BiBi is rude, lazy, and disoriented. I made an appt for Tuesday because she was “too busy” when I initially walked in on the Sunday before . And she forgot that I was coming after work when she wrote it down in her book. Kenny, the messenger, said that it’s time for her to go when I just got off the phone with her an hour before my appt. I’m not impressed with their work and they only serve cheap box wine.

I was going back and forth on leaving this review, but the small things just kept piling on. I liked them at first, but it just doesn’t look like they were done professionally. My nails hurt for hours after getting them done, despite this not being my first time getting acrylics. I couldn’t grab things without my fingers burning. Even today, the day after, I have cuts on two fingers that hurt constantly. The design on the middle finger is pretty until you look closely. The tip and heart on one hand is uneven, and the lines just aren’t super clean. Again, I like them in concept, but I also told the woman doing my nails I did not want the white (twice) and she did it anyway. I’m not sure if she misunderstood me somehow, but I definitely could have gone without it. Lastly, there’s some cure

Nails looked good, they were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately I was cut 3 times during my manicure and one of them was pretty decently sized I didn’t notice how bad it was until I finished getting my nails done and I had already paid , I still paid full price and tipped of course. It was a negative experience and I won’t be going back unfortunately although they were very nice. it was just not worth $180, To go home and be dissatisfied with how my hands look because they’re all cut up. I have literally never left a negative review for anything before so I feel really bad about this but It’s just a sanitation issue.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I still attempted to give them a chance despite the mixed reviews of how they will overlook you if you’re not a regular customer and that’s exactly what they did. I went in to their establishment and was asked what service I wanted, I told them a pedicure. They had 3 techs working and they each had someone they were doing nails on cool no problem I’m willing to wait for a reasonable time. So I’m sitting waiting when one of their regulars come in, one of the ladies automatically tell her to come to her chair ok still no problem maybe she had an appt. So I’m still waiting and then another regular comes in that wants her eyebrows waxed so you tell her you will get her inbetween ok still cool so then another regular comes in at this point I’ve been waiting

* revised report * 10/16/2021 last week I rated this place at a one star because of the experience I described below. So I’d like to share how they made this right. The owner saw my complaint below and found me on another social media platform. She explained to me that she was sorry for the experience that I had and they would like to make it right. She went out of her way to find me and contact me multiple times to see when she could make it right. I came back this morning and they did a phenomenal job. They did all the things the other technician failed to do. I have also added new pictures of the work they did on my nails today. The mere fact that the owner went out of her way to find me to make this right and then provide an exceptional experience at no cost after-the-fact speaks volum
