Amanda was super sweet and very personable. I felt like she was experienced enough that my cut and color did not take up too much of my day but at the same time I don't feel she rushed my service. Maribel gave me the best shampooing I've ever had!

Im so disappointed 😞 I made an appointment for a baylage and an appointment for my mom, we didnt ever get to sit next to each other, while I also asked to be seated next to each other on the phone. The other reason im so disappointed is because I spent over 200 with tip to get a baylage done and my hair barely looks different. All I can see if one of 2 blood streaks in the front, I told her thicker streaks and they are so thin. I feel like what was the point of wasting money on my hair when I feel like you cant barely even tell there is a different color in my hair :(

Cancelled my appt at the last minute. No call. No attempt to reschedule. Just texted saying I would need to make a new appt. Why would I bother? Good bye!

I went in to get a giftcard for my daughter in law for xmas. They have a friendly staff. Parking is easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. It appears to be a very busy salon, that offers quite a few services.

Let me tell you about how happy I am with my service with Caroline. I’m normally the kind to let my hair go 6 months between haircuts and then all of sudden I have no patience and end up at a great clips and since I primarily wear my hair up, the cut quality didn’t matter to me. I’ve seen Caroline ~twice before for some basic trims. But this time I wanted to go from basic shoulder length to an edgy bob with major undercut all the way around. I had some inspo pics, but wasn’t quite sure how I wanted it to translate on my head and so I know I was a fussy client who kept wanting things changed, to the point where we ran out of time in the appt. Caroline was an absolute professional and suggested I sleep on it, style it my way, and come back tomorrow to see how I felt and make any further chan
