Booked an appointment with a master hair stylist for a balayage. I had my natural hair color to work with, and requested a natural looking balayage with warm caramel tones. The stylist gave me poorly placed foils, that ended up looking like chunky stripes of blonde throughout my hair and especially on the top side. It was very bad. I let the stylist know right away that I wasn’t happy and was told I could re-book with another stylist if I wanted it fixed. I paid the $255, and left the salon very upset. The next day I called to speak with a manager and they booked me in to have another stylist fix my hair. During my second appointment, the stylist did make it look better and I did like it on leaving the salon, but after getting home I noticed the roots were very dark and looked bad, and aft

The salon itself is really nice. A bit pricey, but not different from some others. My personal experience looking for a hair stylist was awful, truly. We even discussed in detail WITH several photos of what I was looking for and she basically did what she wanted. I won't expose her name but needless to say I won't be going back. I hope your experience is much better.

I asked for a consultation for a stylist who could do balayage. I was given a consultation with Daniela. During the consultation I told her that I would be bringing in my own color and made sure she was comfortable with it. She said she loved my color and was completely fine with it and would discount the price a bit to reflect that. My appointment was today and she she said she was getting her tools and came back with the manager who said I would have to sign a contact because they did not train on the color brand I brought in and that they would not discount the price. I was fine with no discount but was not interested in signing a contract. I have used this color and it’s very high quality and I can actually apply it myself with great results. I have been growing my hair out for 3+ years and decided to treat myself to a slight darkening in color and curtain bangs. Nicaela gave me an extremely uneven and messy haircut with chunky, uneven curtain bangs (1”+ difference in length on either side) and gave me a color I did not want at all. It had purple undertones and was nearly black (my hair is naturally bronde). She also gave me semipermanent dye when I specifically asked for Demi (which washes out/fades after a few months). I had to wait over a week to go back to a master stylist who didn’t schedule enough time to properly fix my hair. She was visibly upset about my the poor quality of my haircut and had to cut it AGAIN (I wanted it to stay as long as possible, and she cut 4+ inches cut off to “fix” my cut). She did nothing to fix

This salon didn’t get the color right. When calling for a consultation the receptionist was very difficult and rude. I took time out of my day to go and have this done just for it not to get done right. Everyone tries to act so nice and opens the door for when you are leaving. But besides that the place isn’t anything special. The manager and stylist gave me a hard time. The young lady at the front desk just seems like she doesn’t even want to be there.
