My First Time Coming & I Had The Best Experience. I Got The Deluxe Pedicure & Omg I Was In Heaven. LEE WAS THE BEST. I Found A New Nail Salon.

I absolutely love this place! I get my eyebrows and eyelashes done here and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is professional, welcoming, and always attentive to detail. My results are always beautiful and I leave feeling confident every time. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a great experience!

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone. There are numerous other nail salons in the area that offer much better service and a more welcoming environment. The customer service was extremely poor. The staff members, particularly the male employees, were not only unhelpful but also quite rude. It felt as though they were dismissive of my concerns and did not prioritize customer satisfaction.It’s worth noting that more than half of the staff are men, which may contribute to the overall atmosphere of the salon. However, regardless of gender, all employees should be trained to provide respectful and courteous service to every customer.I am referencing this location and this location only!

Katie is does my feet and she always does an excellent job and she’s also my back up nail technician when Luna is on vacation. I love it here

These people are rude and they will skip the typical nail service steps when doing your fill in. I told the person in charge that my nail tech did not buff my nails at all… he just simply polished them, He didn’t even ask me to go wash my hands… the person in charge tried to convince me that he did buff my nails . And that’s strange how can you tell me what your tech did and I’m the one MONITORING MY NAIL SERVICE. This place is Awful their was also a customer who walked out while getting Her feet done because the technician didn’t give great judgement or consultation on the polish choice that was clearly not meant for the lady toes it showed flaws and it was extremely too light for her skin shade, they wanted $70 to make the customer completely satisfied. So she got up and walked out WIT
