I posted a negative review after a bad first experience at G-lux. In less than 24 hours I had an apology response from the owner who invited me in right away to fix my manicure. Her and her staff were so kind and apologetic. She listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted and had originally asked for. She went out of her way to give me a good experience and she completely made right my bad experience. I am so happy with my nails and I will be a regular customer of hers from now on. What I asked for… & What I got. What normally takes a hour. Took twice the time, 2 hours! They then charged me $71!!!! What I asked for maybe would have been $71 if the French tip was even and everything looked nice. But $71 for French tip and STICKERS!? Is insane. I was charged $55 for dip w/o tips, $8 for the French tips and $8 for STICKERS. My sister also got the same amount of stickers and was only charged $5. According to their , I should’ve been charged $50 for the dip manicure. They did not cut cuticles so they should not have charged me the extra $5 and I should’ve been charged $8 for the Gel French tips and $5 for the stickers if you even want to consider the stickers as a . ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!! If you can’t draw, just say that and I would have asked for something easier for you. Do
