Genna is great! Excellent technician, lashes came out beautifully. I had a horrible experience at another salon and came to Genna to correct sub par work; she did a marvelous job. Thank you Genna! Update: I must update this review so that clients are prepared. Jenna is super sensitive about any feedback on her work. I had scheduled an appointment for my usual 3 week refill. . One day before my appointment I received this long email about how she doesn't feel like she can continue servicing my eyelash refills as I am telling her what I would like different before she begins the refill. She has a Big issue with critiquing her work and doesn't respond well. If you go here for eyelashes, just accept what you get and hopefully it will be acceptable for you.

Genna is so relaxing, I fell asleep multiple times while while was gently placing each lash. My lashes are super lightweight and look very natural.
