G & J nails

My favorite place in North Myrtle Beach to get nails done. Husband and wife couples only 2 working there. It's clean and peaceful. They do good nail art and always very friendly.

I came in with a simple design had the lady do my nails. They looked absolutely horrible. None of the lines were straight. The glitter was blotchy. I went back to have her redo them a second time, and the second time was worse than the first, instead of letting the nail polish dry she put the clearcoat over top and smeared the whole design. My middle finger is all crooked on both hands. wanted to go back in the third time but felt there was no purpose, since I would probably have the same outcome. I don’t think I will be back

The worker there did an awesome job on my nails! I didn’t get his name but he was super kind and i love my nails so much! And the prices are amazing!!!!!

My past experiences at this nail salon have been great. If I had to rate the courtesy of the owner, I'd give 4+ stars. This has only to do with the pedicurist and the quality of service I received. The shop was not extremely busy. She did not ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. She was visibly uninterested in doing my feet--barely touching them, cutting my nails & leaving jagged edges. I had to ask her to file them down. I've never had an experience like this. She wasn't rude, but just not interested in doing a quality job. Anyone else would've walked out or been very vocal. I politely asked her to file my nails, which she did after giving a questioning gaze like "why?" I'm truly disappointed. I hope the owner sees this review and speaks to her about quality. I absolutely love this place! It's nice and clean and John is very welcoming. I got a fill in and polish change and I'm extremely satisfied. I have been coming here for about 2 months now and don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. Great atmosphere with excellent customer service
