G & G Nail & Spa Salon

I hesitated at first to come because of one Google review but after a glowing review on Nextdoor I decided to give them a try. Very happy I did! My nails were frail and thin after another local salon filed the surface much too thin, so I told my tech (Elaine) and she was more gentle with them while still being firm. They understood the shape and style I wanted to go for right away without fighting me on it and made adjustments as I asked for them. Yes, there was an upcharge for getting certain items but this is no different than most and I expect to pay for quality. Salon was clean and everyone was nice. Very happy to give them a chance and they will now be my go-to. UPDATE- added a photo of 2+ weeks in, they’re holding on strong! Glad to have found my new nail spot.

Will never ever return to this nail salon ever again. Money hungry. Got the $40 pedicure and manicure deal they offer, the pedicure was great. Once the manicure started the women doing my nails asked me over 10 times if I want to do gel polish and I said no each time and even told her why and she kept insisting. I told her I’d like to stick with the polish I used for my pedicure. She finally stopped asking and then asked me to pay before paint, i paid. She came back to the nail desk to start my nails and brings over a different brand/shade of white nail polish and claimed “it’s the better polish”, was kindve confused why the better polish wasn’t used on my toes too… anyways she starts painting the white polish and it’s a way lighter shade and had absolutely no coverage, even after the seco

had a fantastic experience at G&G Nail Salon today, thanks to the amazing work of Elaine! Their messages are also so relaxing thanks to Sophia. All do amazing.. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. I recommend you going.

They did amazing before my nails had old chipped off nail polish and now they look much better i highly suggest

Despite having an appointment, we waited an hour before being seen. Actual pedicure service was fine, but when it was time to pay, staff ran my credit card twice, claiming that it had been declined but when asked about it and staff provided receipts, it was clearly labeled that the card had been accepted and staff had intentionally voided the transaction two times. When questioned about it, staff claimed that it was because the credit card machine was out of paper, but the timestamp printed receipts that she provided clearly verified the fact that the machine did in fact have paper, and she intentionally canceled the transaction, forcing me to use their in-house ATM.
