Extremely disappointed. I came here two years ago and they did a great job. I reached back out and requested the same person. My hair came out orange and was absolutely horrible. There were hard lines you could see all over. This was a birthday present for myself andI felt so embarrassed and uncomfortable. I immediately called the next day and was brushed off. They couldn’t get me in til over a week later. I felt so insecure and could not wait. So I went elsewhere where they had to do a major color correction. I get my hair done once every few years and had virgin hair for it to then ruin its integrity. I was HIGHLY impressed and pleased with the services that this salon provided. Within the last month or so I had experienced a trial bridal hair appointment, several different updos for different events, tape-in hair extensions (purchase and install), and an entire bridal party (plus some additions) of hair dos (on site) the morning of the wedding. Not only was every single one of these services phenomenal, but the energy that every single employee had was amazing. The morning of the wedding there had just been such a lack of sleep, and the bridal party was struggling with high energy. I love this salon! I have been a client of Lori’s for decades and would let my hair grow to Rapunzel lengths before I would go anywhere else in Delaware. The salon is a beautiful and relaxing environment. The stylists and the other people who work there are friendly and helpful. You will never feel intimidated by snooty stylists. They do not exist in this salon. Everyone is pleasant. The stylists are all creative, artistic and talented people. I heartily recommend Fusion to anyone who wants to look great from one salon visit to the next!!

Love it here! The salon is so cute and everyone is so friendly. Jackie is honestly a hair genius. She always knows exactly what I want without me even having to describe it perfectly. I drive 45 mins to get here and its worth it every time!

Fusion Salon is the best! The stylists are professional, friendly and, above all, highly skilled. Lori Czarnota has cut my hair for more than 25 years and I cannot imagine going to anyone else. Her dedication to her customers is unparalleled. I’ve recommended Fusion to colleagues and friends for years and will continue to do so. Five stars!!
