Worst experience ever with Jeanel. I went in for a beard lineup and I couldn't understand what the barber was saying. He thought I said to shave my entire beard and not only did he do that, but he also cut my face, put an extra hot towel on my face, put alcohol in my eye and mouth and yanked my hair when I asked him to wet and slightly gel hair hair. He put a huge glob on my head and hurt me. Is this worth $25??? Plus I don't know if this guy is normally angry or in a bad mood, but he shouldn't be working with customers if he is disgruntled. Miguel is a good barber however. He lined me up perfectly and did what I asked him to do.

I've been going here for the past few months and have been going to Jeanel for well over a year. I am always more than happy with the service, availability and quick response of their professionals. horrible haircut, horrible barber telling my man he was “scared” to do his eyebrows. he asked for his hair to be left longer on the top & somehow that equaled to a buzzcut starting right down the middle of his head. if i could leave less than one star i would, go somewhere else!!!
