We had an exceptional experience. Our three kids and myself were in the store for about two hours trying massage chairs. Scott was so patient and knowledgeable. We picked out and bought a chair and had it delivered to our house. Unfortunately, it didn’t work for my husbands sensitive back and I had to return it. Scott drove three hours to get the chair from us ,put a bunch of work in to helping us do an exchange for one that my husband could use and had a wonderful attitude in the process . I was super impressed with his service and attitude through the whole thing. If you’re looking for a massage chair, this is definitely the place to go.! We are definitely not getting paid for this review. We just had such great service we wanted to share .

We had such a fantastic experience at Furniture for Life. Scott was helpful and let us try the chairs at our own pace. There was zero pressure to buy and it was a comfortable and peaceful experience shopping for the perfect chair. The store is very calming to shop in. There are so many options to choose from and we ended up finding the perfect for us. I prefer a more intense sport massage, while others in my family prefer less intensity, so the Brio was perfect for us. Scott delivered the chair and set it up right where we wanted it easily. He made sure it would fit through our doorways and entryway spaces prior to delivery.

Niecy is definitely one of the best sales people we've ever worked with. She allowed us to try several chairs to get a good idea of what we need. We were able to isolate the model, in particular, that would work best as well as another model as a gift idea for a family member. When we're ready to purchase, we will absolutely return to this location. Best customer service we've seen in Colorado for a very long time.

This is definitely the right place to buy a massage chair. We had great experience. We got one from here first, shortly we changed our mind wanted to switch to another brand.
