Functional Bodywork

I cannot recommend Grace enough. She is incredibly talented and professional. I suffer from headaches and frequent migraines but after a session with Grace, I have relief for at least a couple weeks. I try to see her once a month and it’s the best I’ve felt in years. She has such a calming presence about her that I feel I’m with someone I’ve known for a lifetime. So easy to talk to when you want to talk but is quiet if you just want to zone out and relax. I’m completely rejuvenated after seeing her. Both body and mind. Her space is very clean, relaxing and peaceful.

Walking into Functional Bodywork you can't help but immediately start to relax. Everything about the space and atmosphere is calming and relaxing. Grace is an amazing massage therapist who is very knowledgeable about the human body. I will be returning at least monthly!

Definitely an amazing experience. It helps to have somewhere to truly relax in these crazy times. The ambiance brings you to a totally different level of relaxation. Grace is good with working on what your body needs and always has helpful information.

My experience at functional bodywork is second to none. I have been going there about two years. The quality of massage is some of the best I have ever had. The owner is skilled in several types of therapy which enhances her work. I highly recommend this business!
