I never managed to get my hair done. I initially had an appointment Saturday, when I realized I was going to be late, I reached out - I was going to be 20min late and her policy per her advisement when I reached out to inform her I’d be late was that she had a full day and her cut off was 15 minutes - I understood, so I went back home and rescheduled for Tuesday, today. So I left 45 minutes before the appointment, gps said it was 30 minutes away... unfortunately the road to get to the salon was shut down in several segments along the way and it took me a little over an hour. Just as I pulled into the parking lot I received a message that she canceled my appointment.
