I call Alex my body breaker. He breaks my body down so it will build back up correctly. He is a goat in understanding my body and what I need to work on to rebuild each muscle correctly. I have had back aches for decades but they started fading away after going to Full Compass Massage and taking their advice. They also send videos of each stretch and exercise post session to work on. There is a spa massage and then there is healing your body from long-term issues, and Full Compass does exactly that. Alex is kind, compassionate and truly cares that each of his patience live a pain free life. I can't say enough, just schedule an appointment.
