Wow! What a neat place. They have all kinds of amazing classes that teach everything from yoga to crafting and even plant propagation. They offer massage, tarot card reading and other services. My favorite is the unique things they have for sale in the retail area.

This place is the bees knees. The classes are affordable, the instructors are top notch, and the variety of classes seems endless. Not to mention the shop full of homemade and handmade products for all types of health and wellness and even plants! The owner Julie is knowledgeable and throws some really awesome events!

A great collection of gems and minerals.House hold cleaners that are toxin free,even carpet powder. Aromatherapy rollers. Home made soap and soaks,for body and feet.

I've been to 6 or 7 yoga classes here so far and I love it! I'm gaining strength and flexibility already, and I plan to keep coming back. The owner, Julie, is great to talk to and really knows her stuff. Highly recommend this place!

Lots of yoga classes, but also belly dancing, sound bath, Zumba, massages, wellness groups. Cute boutique and small event space. So welcoming and comfortable.
