Typically I do not leave reviews but this is a MUST. If you are looking for more than just a haircut - this is the place for you!! I have been so lucky to find a friend in my hair stylist at Fuertes. Emma doesn't just cut your hair, she connects with you. She understands you and she listens to you. Every time Emma cuts my hair, I walk out of the salon with more confidence and more self love. What else could one ask for when getting a new hairdo?? I am so thankful for all my experiences at Fuertes, all the compliments I receive after a haircut and I am definitely looking forward to my next appointment! EMMA, YOU ROCK GIRL!

I have been seeing Emma for over three years and followed her here from her previous salon. She does a wonderful job with my hair each time and is always eager to try whatever I request. I always feel welcomed and cared for and she remembers all the little details no matter how long it is in between cuts. The salon is beautiful and vibrant and is always a bright spot in my day. Emma is the absolute BEST! She is open-minded, inclusive … and extremely talented. I love chatting with her and get so many compliments on her cuts. My whole family goes to her. She doesn’t just do a great job on my hair, she gave my youngest the cutest French bob and makes my teens‘ hair look awesome. Great human. Great stylist.

Emma has been cutting my hair for a long time now. I have received haircuts from her in multiple cities on both coasts! I have always been impressed by her talent and professionalism. I recently traveled up to Charlotte from Columbia for a cut because it is worth the trip! It was awesome to see how she has grown even more as a barber, stylist, and artist.
