Caters to the whole family. Staff are warm, friendly, and hospitable. There is a convenient coffee bar inside, nothing fancy but serves the purpose. Always clean and tidy. They have Chi hair care products and hair dryers, too. We've had different hairdressers and they have all done a great job from hair cut, hair color, to perm. Maria patiently gave instructions on how to care for a permed hair to keep it looking good for a long time.

I've been holding off on writing this review because I really hoped my hair would look better after a few weeks. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, and I'm still unhappy with the cut. The stylist was nice, but the haircut itself was poorly done. The layers sit on top of each other instead of being blended, and the overall result looks uneven and unfinished. This is not what I asked for at all. My bangs were cut last, and although I specifically requested curtain bangs, I received something completely different. It looks like I caught fire with my hair... I'm especially upset because there's nothing I can do to fix this right now -- I have to wait for my hair to grow out before it can be corrected elsewhere. They don't advertise their price list in advance and charged 40 dollars for a hair cut. I would avoid this place unless you are in a mood to waste you hard earned money

Ingrid has trimmed my bangs and done my color. She is fantastic! She always understands what I want. She's so sweet and has a great personality. The owner is always kind when I come in. Will definitely keep coming back.

The first video is about a day or two before I went to fantastic Sams I'm honestly in love with it the results. Amanda was the one that did my hair and I'm thrilled. I would've never gotten my hair short and I just love it so much like I don't know how to express how I'm feeling right now. I would definitely recommend the price was affordable and this is definitely somewhere I would come back to!
