Frozen Cactus is my favorite spot to unwind after a long day. The vibe is super calm and welcoming, and the staff are always so kind and genuine. Britney does the most beautiful nail art—she always has great ideas, especially when I can't decide what I want. Alex is amazing with brows and tinting. I'm a natural redhead, and she totally nailed the color match! I plan to schedule a hair cut soon, and I’ve only seen happy customers leave her chair. So glad Seward has this little spa gem all year round.

Janell is the most amazing woman and footzoner healer ever! So grateful she comes to Seward to help so many people. Alex does my extensions and colors my hair she’s so amazing and so professional I’m so blessed to know someone as kind and genuine as her and the frozen cactus is filled with nothing but love and positive energy! Julie is hands down the best Botox I’ve ever gotten and teeth whitening!

I absolutely love getting my nails done here. On top of amazing nails, they’ve fixed my hair catastrophe, got me back on track with my weight-loss, & evened out my uneven eyebrows with Botox. I couldn’t be more thankful. At the frozen cactus you’re guaranteed to leave feeling beautiful. It truly is like spending time with an old friend. Special mention to the energy healers! There’s nothing quite like being seen energetically and the noticeable shift your life takes after. I’ve had both a haircut done and my nails done at the salon. I’ve always left so happy. Britney is a kind person and I’m always very happy to support her. I am the person that picks my nails off at the FIRST sight of lifting, chipping, or dislike. I have never pulled any nails off that Britney has done. I literally CANT. I’ve unfortunately moved away and have had my current set on for six ish weeks and I had to actually go through the process to remove them NOT rip them off lol. The price I pay for my service is more than worth it to support this amazing nail tech. I wish I had all the pictures of all the different sets I’ve done but she’s truly the best.
