I loved this store, definitely coming back here.. all the beautiful synth colors 😍😍😍 the stylist was sweet and lovely. This store looks way better on the inside than the outside, you would never know this hidden gem was there just driving by, I’m so glad for the recommendation

i called and asked if they had hair for a quick weave and shorty hung up in my face, idk what this is but not no hair store im going to that’s fs

I wish I could give this lady more than one star, but I just can’t. I made an appointment for my son to have a re twist on a Saturday at noon (a week in advance). When we showed up for the appointment, her store was closed and had a sign on it that said, “will reopen at 3pm”. Me being confused, I called her to check in. She ignored my calls and then finally called me back three hours later. I even tried to reschedule, thinking she might have just forgot, and she told me she would call me back and then hung up haven’t heard from her since. As a business owner myself, I was taken back by how unprofessional this experience was. Kids deserve better than that.

If I could give this place no stars I would the owner Ekie Stewart is very unprofessional and disrespectful and didn’t not provide the services I wanted I ask her if she knew how to do a sew in with no leave out so that the hair looks natural she proceeded to do my hair the hair came out horrible and she knew it my track/extensions started falling out the next day and you could see the tracks I reached out to her and told her and she said she could fix I told that I just wanted a refund I’ve had bad hair styles done before but never have I ever had hair extensions falling out of my hair without being in even a whole week she told me she can’t do a refund on services that she only could fix it I told her she didn’t know how to do the style I wanted so she should provide a refund or so some

Braids started falling out the first week. The lady that usually did my wife’s hair stopped, and someone else took over, and started doing larger braids to cut time. We will never go back.
