So I've had a rollercoaster experience with this place. Long story short, I had the most wonderful experience. The owner is the most knowledgeable, friendly person I have known. I went in to get my hair and was not initially satisfied with the results I got, so the owner personally called me to get my hair evaluated on what went wrong. She took the time to examine everything and offered to re-color my hair at no cost. My hair looks absolutely phenomenal now and I love flaunting it around.. Would definitely recommend it!! 100/5.

I’ve never been here before and came at the recommendation of a friend. Dahlia Woods was my stylist and she was really knowledgeable about curly hair (especially mine, since it misbehaves!) and was able to work with how my hair naturally falls. I was really impressed with her technique. She asked some helpful clarifying questions and I felt the other stylists were along the same lines of experience as her. I would trust going back and I love how my hair turned out!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to Fringe today for the first time after going to the same hairdresser for 25 years, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Joanna immediately put me at ease — she asked great questions, explained everything she was doing, and made sure I felt comfortable and in control the whole time. My hair came out great, and I finally exhaled! The salon is spotless, everyone was friendly, and there was no waiting — I was taken right on time. Highly recommend!

Joanna did me so well! I came in asking for a layers refresh w/face framing. I enjoyed my conversation with her throughout the service. Joanna was very friendly and kind. Love how my hair turned out. She walked me through every step of the haircut + products she used. Would come again + recommend friends/fam to Fringe!

I went in for highlights and a cut over the holidays. While I was generally happy with the highlights, this review concerns the hidden costs that were never communicated to me during the appointment, knowing full well the budget demanded for a color and cut. The stylist was very chatty and friendly. We discussed what I wanted beforehand. Over the course of the session, she added in toner (which she mentioned, but not that it was an added cost). No other costs of additional services were mentioned. In fact, she even mentioned we would do a partial highlight instead of a full highlight, as a full one wasn't needed and it would "save money". The final cost was much higher than expected. I was charged $86 dollars extra for adding toner, style length or density charge, extra bleach, and extra
