I was supposed to have a perm,but some of my hair didn't curl. I have never had a perm done the way this girl did my perm. I definitely wont be going back. Ever. Not happy.

I went In yesterday to get a new hair cut and a gloss/tone. I have had highlights done here before and it was great but this time was horrible. The hair cut turned out okay I will say she didn’t NOT offer to style it what so ever (curtain bangs need styled) she rinsed my hair multiple times with FREEZING water not waiting for it to warm up- she RIPPED the brush through my hair holding it and just tearing up the ends. I almost asked her to stop and use a comb like normal hair stylist. Worst experience ever. She was told not to leave the toner on for the full 20 minutes and I personally kept track of the time knowing my own hair- she left me for 33 minutes with toner on my hair making it over toned. When she asked for “help” she had multiple workers giving their opinions including the OWNE

I am so very lucky to have Kimberly as my stylist! She is fantastic at what she does with color, highlighting and cuts! Fringe is a wonderful salon!

Chris did an absolutely AMAZING job on my nails! I had 8 week old gel nails and she got me in the next day and made my experience the best I’ve had in a while! Schedule an appointment with her, you won’t be disappointed!

Shout out to Kim! It has been a LONG time since I have even liked my hair, but now I just love it. I am highly motivated now to actually do something with it every day. Thank you for the spectacular cut and color, and you better not leave me :-)
