I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Vanessa. This was my first time ever getting my hair highlighted and cut the way I truly envisioned, and she exceeded every expectation. Her patience, kindness, and efficiency made the entire appointment comfortable and enjoyable. Vanessa truly listened to what I wanted and delivered beautiful results. When I saw the final outcome, I honestly cried tears of joy. I have never been so happy with my hair. The owners of this salon should know what an incredible stylist they have on their team. Vanessa is exceptionally talented and professional, and I will absolutely be a long-term client of hers. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who genuinely cares and delivers stunning results.

I chose this salon for its strong reputation and booked with Vanessa, feeling confident going in. As a seasoned hairstylist, I had clear inspiration photos and goals for a lived-in, blended look. Unfortunately, the final result didn’t match our discussion — the tones were uneven, the blonde had harsh lines, and significantly more length was taken off than expected. Vanessa offered to correct the service, which I appreciate, but I ultimately chose to see another stylist for a color correction. While the owner did refund both the haircut and color, receiving the refund was not an easy process. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Vanessa! I came in with natural dark brown hair and over time she completely elevated my look with full foils, creating the prettiest bright, lived-in color. It’s dimensional, soft, and grows out beautifully. She has such an eye for color and makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my hair. Highly recommend her to anyone wanting a stunning, customized color!

Vanessa is truly the best. I always leave the salon feeling so fresh and revived. Whether I’m going darker for fall or lighter for spring, she always nails it. Beyond the amazing results, one of my favorite parts is her head massage during the hair wash, it’s so relaxing and something I genuinely look forward to every visit. My experience with her is always wonderful!
