Been back time and time again to see Jocelyn! Recently I decided I wanted to cut my hair shorter than it's ever been; showed her a couple photos and she made it happen! I love it! She always has great product recommendations, and is super enthusiastic. You can tell she really enjoys her work.

Booked my first appointment here and walking in it was such a cute little place! The staff is very kind and made sure I was seated right away; the salon overall had a very welcoming atmosphere. Not bad pricing in the slightest and you definitely get quality that exceeds the pricing in my opinion!

Jocelyn did a perm for me, she did exactly what I asked for and was lovely to talk to. I would definitely recommend Jocelyn/Fringe to anyone looking for great stylist in the future!

I’ve given Joslyn multiple chances in the past and usually walked away feeling okay with the results—but this last experience was completely unacceptable. I came in wanting a silver blend with some of my blonde, and instead, I left after nearly 5 hours with hair that was overprocessed, unevenly bleached, had a blue tint, and nowhere close to the silver tone I requested. Despite bringing in clear inspiration photos (as any experienced client would), I was met with dismissiveness and ultimately charged $300 for a service that didn’t come close to what I asked for. Jocelyn did an amazing job on my hair. I had not had a cut or a professional color done on my blonde hair in years. She was able to do a full bleach and tone and get my hair to the icey/white blonde I wanted. I am extremely happy with the outcome!
