My balayage haircut experience with Krystal E was truly something special. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt cared for and understood. I had a great experience with Krystal at Salon Fringe! I received a lash lift and tint along with a brow wax. Not only did she respond and get me scheduled quickly and easily on a date that worked best with both our schedules, but I'm so happy with my results. The brow shape/wax suits my face shape perfectly and my lashes are now easily noticeable even without the use of mascara.

I cannot overstate how wonderful our experience was working with Tim for my daughter's recent wedding in November. He did her hair plus mine and 4 bridesmaids that morning by himself. He was prompt, professional, fun, and he made us all look amazing. Tim traveled to our hotel that morning and took a lot of pressure off of our group by coming to us. He is very experienced in bridal styling so he kept us on our timeline perfectly. He is not only very talented but also super personable which makes you feel comfortable like a friend would. Rue was equally as talented and did the makeup for all of us. She listened to exactly what we wanted and took the time to try a few different looks. My hair turned out completely dull, damaged, and very different from what I requested. The prices listed on the website were not accurate either. I specifically asked for a partial balayage, but the stylist applied toner twice without my consent, stating it was “necessary” to achieve the result. I never agreed to this, yet I was charged for it. In the end, I did not receive the desired outcome and was billed a total of $280 ($160 + $40 + $40 + $30, including two toner charges). I feel misled and overcharged. Just three days later, my hair looks nothing like what I asked for—it is dull, rough, and damaged. I had such a great experience with Kashmir! She did an absolutely amazing job bringing my inspo pics to life!! My hair turned out exactly how I imagined (if not better😊). She was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I also really appreciated the little touches, like being offered snacks and a drink when I came in, it made the whole experience feel so welcoming and relaxing. Definitely coming back!
