Friends Beauty Supply

This was my first visit. No-one greeted me when I entered and no-one asked if I needed assistance. Cashier did not say thank you after my purchase. I am not sure if I will patronize this establishment again. Just didn't get a good vibe.

Love this place it's my FAVORITE store. We don't have a beauty supply in my hometown except for sallys and sallys just doesn't offer the low prices and wide selection this store does so when we travel to t-town about once a month or so I stop in and stock up. They have every kind of makeup, hair products, nail products, lashes and fun items I would have never thought to try!!! The prices are in unbeatable and the quality of items they carry keep me coming back month after month. I have a special type of hair I buy and they are kind enough to make sure to order for me so they have it in stock when I stop by. The price I pay sure beats trying to order off of the internet as web stores will charge me twice as much! The staff is friendly and I appreciate this place so much!!

The customer service is not the issue for me. The hair itches the scalp immediately after installing it... My daughter is having the same experience as well as her friends. I washed my hair and my babies hair 4 times to make sure that it's double clean before doing anything... I think I will simply wear my real hair instead.

Very helpful and nice selection of merchandise

I made a purchase and realized that I bought the incorrect product within 15 minutes of purchase. I called the store because AFTER I made the purchase I was told no exchanges or refunds. Upon calling the store and speaking to the owner as soon as I started asking about a quick exchange and where the “no refunds/exchanges” information was posted she passed the phone to a black woman without even speaking to me as if to say, “you deal with her”. The black woman gets on the phone and here comes the attitude as if she’s the Asian lady’s rude messenger. I say all this because this is definitely a buyer beware type situation. After further investigation of my products purchased, (hair dye, conditioner) it was found that the dye had an expiration date of 2022 on it. For customer service like this
