On 11/5/25 I had a pedicure with Kelly (or maybe Kitty?). Before putting on the polish, she had me slip my sandals on so they wouldn’t smear the polish. This is something I have done many times at the end of pedicures. This time, with her, the results were a disaster. With my sandals on, she pulled harshly down on my toes to get them in a position that was easier for her to polish them. By doing that with force, she ended up breaking my middle toe. I woke up the next day in a lot of pain in my foot. No, I hadn’t stubbed my toe or anything like that. The pain was directly attributable to her toughly yanking on my toes to better position them for her benefit. I went to the foot doctor and had x-rays and an MRI which showed a break in my middle toe. Four weeks later and I am still in a lot of

Centrally located with lots of parking. Salon is clean with pedicure chairs in their own section, great for relaxing. Kitty is an amazing technician. A standard mani lasted over 1 week with a gel manicure lasting close to 1 month. She also gives a very good massage. Prices are great, $80 for a gel mani, pedi and eyebrow wax.

Usually Leah does my nails and they always look great. Once I went to Kitty and she was lovely and did a beautiful job. Today Jennifer did my manicure, she wasn’t friendly and the whole process was rushed. The hand massage felt like a dead fish handshake. My nails were cut and filed unevenly, polish has bubbles in it and is not applied neatly. I don’t like complaining but I politely told the owner, Lulu that I didn’t like my nails and she filed them and then walked away without saying anything. I waited a few minutes and then found her doing a pedicure for someone and told her I was unhappy with my whole manicure. She called me picky and at that point I just got up and left. I don’t advise getting your nails done here. I couldn’t make it in to my usual lady but when I got here to do a gel fill they unevenly drilled the previous gel off and then when reapplying didn’t build the apex or even put enough gel. 1 nail broke I went in to show them how unevenly the gel was laid and the lumps and asked them to just even it out. Then when I sat down for them to fix it the lady said she could only fix the broken one because it had been a week. A WEEK AGO IT WAS LAID UNEVENLY SO WHY NOT EVEN THEM ALL OUT AND CORRECT YOUR MISTAKE. I mean even when I was getting them done they said it would be $10 to apply the cat eye design and I agreed then when the lady started to do it I said I want it to look like the design you shower she said that will be extra. So on top of the $10.
