Friendly Nails Spa

Had an early morning walk in for a pedicure, no appointment. She took me right away, the place was clean and surprisingly empty. The nail tech did an excellent job, not only with my nails but with the massage, trimming and filing. though it's out of my way, I intend to go back.

I went to go get my nails yesterday and it seriously took the ladies 3 hours! I specifically told them I wanted them short cause i have sports. They had to shorten them 3 different times. The lady filing my nails had to ask the other lady how to do it. My nails look absolutely nothing like the picture i showed. These nails go outwards like duck nails. They are SO thick like if you look under there is so much acrylic. These nails are also SO bumpy and not smooth at all. The ladies would stop doing my nails to talk to their coworkers about drama. The lady messed something up in my nail and had the other ladies look at them and all they did was laugh about it. The colors are SO off from the picture and my nails look so bad. First time here and so horrible I paid 60 dollars for my nails plus a tip so now we are at 70 for nails I brought my own plush and only ask for simple glued on crystals on two fingers , one hour later crystals falling off paint all messed up you would think my PROFESSIONAL technician would know to say hey dry fir C amount of time so your polish doesn't mess up but no and not to mention she took 2 hours to do just a fill and polish come on I have had my nails done for over 40 years I try not to be an asshole about it but I work in retail and my nails have to look nice , my edges of my nails are sharp I get square and so sharp I had to file them myself, should I pay 70 dollars then have to ready- polish and file myself? don't go here you will regret it

First time coming to the nail salon. Very happy with my experience. Both nail technicians took their time and did not rush. I enjoyed my pedicure and (Yara? So sorry I was not able to catch her name or how to spell it) took her time with the foot massage. She did her best with my ingrown nails too. Norma did my gel manicure. She took her time and was very neat. She applied the gel nice and thin. My experience was so nice I made my 2 week appt. right after with them again. Thank you both for a wonderful time! - Jisah
