Friendly Nails

If I could leave a 0 stars or a half star I would!! I went in there with my mom and aunt for me to get a full set and all 3 of us get pedicures for my wedding on Saturday. I showed the guy a picture and actually had it sitting there for him to look at because I wanted Ombré nails for my wedding. My nails look NOTHING like the picture! He made me bleed twice on my left hand so now my nails and hands look awful for my wedding photos. The pedicures were awful!! The water was cold and they let our feet soak for 1-2 minutes before pulling them out to start. Did not cleanup the cuticle or nails at all. Then painted my toes and put lotion on my legs. Did not massage at all!! Worst service ever!!!

So I have a funeral to go to tomorrow morning in Ft. Lauderdale I just found out last night so I went to Davi nails and they were closed.. cause holiday.. so I called every set Park nails Said they would call me right back.. still waiting on that.. so I go to this place cause there open.. freaking horrible I mean the worst.. I can’t believe I actually paid for this ridiculousness.. guy did it old school with a nail file.. I mean the whole set with a emery board.. no gel paint it’s already peeling off.. my middle finger is swollen and hurts so bad.. and it looks like I have surf boards on my hands.. for $45 dollars.. I’m so upset.. now I gotta leave super early and hope I can find some where in broward to get them fixed.. would not recommend ever.. place was dead silent it was super dated .

Most unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. Walked on 2 different times and was. It even acknowledged for several minutes so I walked out. Decided to give them another try s year later. I asked how long for a pedicure and was told “not long” so I waited only to have them take three people ahead of me! And a customer was in there discussing her private life very loudly. I ended up telling them that I would never be back. I left after waiting almost half hour!

The man that did my nails rushed even though Noone was in there. He made 2 of my fingers bleed. My nails were not even and some of them hung over the sides into my fingers that I had to trim them when I got home. Lady polished my nails was friendly and nice.

My mother went in to get her nails but was not happy at all. She was so unhappy with the service that she walked out. The tech was rushing her and didn't clean up cuticles but wanted to paint her nails to get it over with. When the tech was asked if she could clean up my mothers nails before proceeding she was told no. If you like to have your nails done properly and neatly she does not recommend this place.
