Fern ruined my hair. I had to go fix my haircut at another salon, and the stylist tried to make my hair look the best she could after Fern left me with so many unnecessary layers that were NOT blended in and one side was longer than the other. I don’t know how he’s allowed to cut hair. I saw some red flags while he was cutting my hair, he never once told me to look down or place my head a certain way, he didn’t measure the length that he was cutting AND I saw a bug crawling on his equipment, gross. Now it’s going to take me months for my hair to get back to the length that I had it and for all awkward layers he left me with to grow out. DO NOT get your haircuts with Fern.

My son has been wanting a perm so I wanted to find a place that knew what he wanted because i sure didnt. Took my son here yesterday and right away I was introduced to Maribel to do my sons perm. She made my son feel comfortable on what he was getting. And boy was he happy. Followed up by his haircut was Eder who finished the final haircut touches! I give them 5 stars for customer service and haircut services

Asked for a face framing layer and layers in the back to be blended. My face framing layer is uneven and super short; nothing is blended. I asked her to please blend them out and she said it would not look nice if she did. My hair looks nothing like the inspo picture and video I showed her. After 5 min of going back and forth, I just asked her to charge me so I could leave. The hairstylist was not rude but I will not be coming back here again,
