Been following Melissa for years. She always treats you special and gives a great cut. Ron and Bill are truly welcoming! I travel over 100 miles every few months to come to this salon! You won't be disappointed.(actually Sarah gave the review, but Scot would agree). Update from Scot - yes, I do agree! :)

Always a wonderful experience. Even though I've returned to Canada I still visit Bill & Ron as part of the Rochester Mineralogical Symposium weekend to get a fabulous new hair style. Thanks Bill. My hair cut always looks great and even when it grows out the style remains looking great.

Friday Brighton has been a monthly hair appointment of mine for over 40 years. Have lost count of the compliments (mostly from people I don’t know) that I’ve received over the years. Always a wonderful cut and friendly experience at the shop. Thank you Bill and Ron!!

Ron always gives me a fabulous haircut. I have curly hair and he always exceeds expectations. My whole family goes to him and Bill. We are always happy.

The worst salon I have ever been to! A women stylist at this salon was completely rude and unprofessional. She was talking loudly and saying horrible things about my friend after she left the salon extremely upset because her hair looked terrible for my brother’s wedding. The owner of the salon did nothing about his employee’s outburst.This same stylist attempted to style my hair and halfway through she gave up. She was very rude and doesn't take honest criticism well. Would never step foot in the salon ever again!!!!
