The salon is charming and professional. The employees are friendly not just to clients but with one another. Great atmosphere. Kristen cut my hair and was so patient with me. She worked with me to get my cut just right til I felt like that’s how I wanted it to look. She didn’t rush me to get out of her chair but really gave me what I wanted. She went beyond and gave me tips on how I can create that volumous look that I craved. Oh and no hidden or sneaky fees. Thank you Kristen and Fresh Salon team!

The salon worked with me when it came to scheduling. I struggle with sensory overwhelm sometimes and haircuts can be difficult for me. They recommended who I should work with and Micah did a fantastic job making sure I wasn't overwhelmed and I felt safe in her chair. I will be back and really appreciate having a safe space to better prioritize taking care of myself which is something I often struggle to do. I took before picture at home and after in the car.

Had the best time meeting Micah! The perm turned out wonderful, she knowing how to give the perfect perm! I'm older with thinning graying hair. Soft flowing curles she gave me on this straight hair!

Jen is the most AMAZING colorist and the best who has ever worked on my hair! She is a true professional with an incredible eye for detail and a deep understanding of color. Every time I leave her chair, my hair looks vibrant, healthy, and beautifully styled. Not only is she skilled, but she’s also warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about making her clients look and feel their best. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair!

Every time I go to this place I am amazed with the attention to detail and service quality of the professionals there! Jess is ABSOLUTELY amazing, she is so kind, attentive and extremely high skilled, both for haircuts and hair coloring. I had the pleasure to have a haircut with Micah and WOW! I am so happy with it! Everyone at the salon is very professional, on time, and the best of all: they REALLY listen to you and to what YOU want! To be fair, the one time I “didn’t get what I wanted” was because I did not really explained it well, and yet they cared to contact me and offer a redo (which, of course, was not needed). I highly recommend a fresh salon and all the professionals there, this is THE place to go!
