Fresh Nails (Jackie’s Nails)

Ugh- incompetent staff. I showed the tech my inspo nails and what I got isn’t even close. Images attached. For reference, they are supposed to be Disney themed.

Rude technician rolled her eyes at a 2 year old enjoying a nail day with her momma. Pushy owner wanting family to put gel polish on a little one. Would not recommend.

Instances where staff members seemed disengaged were present, including eye-rolling. As a business leader, I understand the importance of maintaining a positive and respectful attitude. Additionally, I was taken aback by the pushiness in upselling products, particularly towards a child in my family. It's crucial to ensure that sales tactics are appropriate and not coercive, especially when dealing with younger clients. Overall, while the services offered have potential, improvements in staff conduct and sales practices are necessary to align with professional standards. I hope the management considers these points for future training and development.

Not at all impressed. Spent almost $100 on gel mani and pedi, was a treat as I don’t do this often at all- maybe yearly. Never instructed to wash my nails although tips were placed, sanded and resanded.i even asked employee about me needing to wash my hands- she said no. My cuticles were cut, which opens up chances of infection. Cuticles on nails look awful after mani. At least ask a customer to wash their hands after sanding, and apply cuticle oil when mani finished. Sorry I spent $$$ here.

Very fast at doing nails. I got a full set day before my wedding. Lady doing them seemed irritated. Felt i was bothering her. Maybe it is just how she is. Also had eyebrow wax done. Had a slight reaction/ and or burn on one side. Not sure if wax was too hot or i had a reaction. Either way im not going back.
