Fresh Nail Lounge and Spa

I recently came here for the first time and will definitely be returning. The spa is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood inside a gorgeous house with the spa on the first floor and the owner's living space on the second. The spa itself is clean and offers a chic, modern atmosphere. It's obvious that a lot of time, care, and love has gone into this place. When I entered, I was promptly greeted and invited to take a seat to wait for my manicure appointment. While waiting, I had a lovely chat with another client who couldn't say enough positive things about the spa. She said she's a regular who comes in every 2 weeks. During my appointment, all the staff were very kind and professional. They took the time to help me better understand what services I would need to achieve my desired

When I was in college at Syracuse University, I used to come here all the time. All the woman who work here are super kind. The owner (I forget her name) is fun and very talented. They do amazing acrylics and lashes. It's also a very quaint and charming atmosphere.

This was my first time at Fresh nail lounge and Spa I received a gift certificate from my daughter. I want yesterday for a 80min massage and was thrilled by this little hidden gem on the Northeast side of Syracuse. I was greeted by Tia a wonderful young lady with great customer service skills. I then was greeted by Loretta my Masseuse she was a wonderful lady who explained what she would be doing and made you feel welcomed. I left there ready to tackle the day. Thank you ladies for an amazing day of self-care.

Yep. This is the place to be when you need personal, intimate service. One of my biggest hang-ups is walking into a salon and finding it packed with people. The staff would get people in and out like the next number at the deli line. I'm so happy to say this place is so much different! I felt completely relaxed during my first ever massage. My masseuse had fantastic communication, she asked me questions, told me what to expect, and checked in to make sure her pressure was good throughout our session. I really appreciated that. I feel like a limp fettuccine noodle - which is a great thing, and I'm making moves to have this be a quarterly thing. I'm happy to be supporting a Black Owned business and I'll be making regular trips here from now on!

Absolutely love this place, work is amazing, service is excellent and my nails never break!!
