Fresh Nail Bar

I picked out a color for them to do a mani pedi. They did my feet fine but then when it came to do my nails I asked her not to cut them and she cut them. Then when I was done I looked and I said did you use a different bottle, this isn't the same color. The manager or owner came over and said it's just a different skin tone. Huh? You can obviously see that they did not use the same color on my fingers that they did on my toes. I asked several other people after I left and one of them said it looked like they turned the electricity on on your toes. I was leaving for a cruise and quite frankly, didn't feel like arguing with them. I do my nails myself now because I don't need that.

I’ve been going to Fresh Nail bar for a long time and they always do a fantastic job and super friendly! They are my favorite spot because the dip lasts for a long time compared to other nail salons! 😊

I have been to Fresh Nails twice and they did amazing every time! I am so impressed with the art they are able to add to my nails. I always get gels and it lasts for weeks. Highly recommend!

I went out of my way to try Fresh Nail after reading reviews. I came in for a gel manicure (I am traveling the next 3 weeks and wanted my nails to hold up.) It was all pretty routine, the manicurist didn't speak to me once, which was odd. Then, at the end, she filed my nails again. Why would you file a nail painted with Gel? The bond is broken once you file again. My thumb nail is peeling away and I just had it done yesterday! As I examined my nails more closely, they didn't do as careful a job as my usual spot. So disappointing. 3 stars for friendly manager and clean salon. 1 star for gel manicure that's peeling on day 1.

I strongly advise you not to visit this salon. The masters are absolutely unprofessional. I came with a covering on my nails, my nails had a regular gel polish. So they said they did not know how to remove it. Even I know that it is removed with a regular nail file, I can even remove it by myself. But the masters of this salon cannot. They told me to take off the cover by myself and then come to them. Guy at the front even didn’t apologize. So I just wasted my time coming to this salon. Keep in mind. If they don't know how to remove the covering from the nails, I'm afraid to imagine what kind of nails they do. So you can see my gel cover in the picture. Even person without any experience in manicure can take it off. But they can’t.
