I have been going to Jess for my hair for years now! I am very particular about my hair and she takes such good care of me! NEVER DISAPPOINTED! She is so passionate about what she does and it shows. She is fantastic at color! What she can do with color is unbelievable! My husband goes to her too and is always happy with his cuts! If you are looking for a stylist you will have made the right choice calling and making an appointment with her!

Jess is amazing! I have been going to her for about 3 years now and I always leave her salon feeling like a new woman plus I get compliments on my hair all the time. She takes the time to listen to what I want to do with my hair and is very creative to help me come up with something when I’m not sure what I want. She also cuts my husbands hair and does an amazing job. I would highly recommend Fresh Locks!

Three things about Jess, you guys... One, she is a color master. You tell her what you're thinking and she's amazing at getting it to match your skin perfectly! Two, every time she cuts my hair I get endless compliments and love it. Three, she styled my hair for my wedding (drove an hour to do it) and it looked INCREDIBLE! I have always been 110% pleased after every visit with Jess, I can't recommend her enough!

Jess is AMAZING! I have never had someone so personable, caring and skilled cut my hair! She takes the time to hear what you want and Delivers! I have thick, wavy hair that she understands how to make look good just as much as she does my 5 year old daughters of thin, straight hair.
