Such a great hair salon to work with! My brides and their bridesmaids love having their wedding prep here for hair and makeup!

I had a very disappointing experience at Fresh Hair & Co in Cressona with stylist Emma Williams. Prior to my appointment, I contacted Emma and clearly explained that I had another appointment at 11:00 and needed to leave on time. In the past, my appointments were typically finished around 10:30, so this should not have been an issue. When I arrived, instead of being treated like a valued client, I felt like just a number. My stylist spent more time engaging in conversations with others around her rather than talking to me. Another client arrived, and I was left by the wash bowl waiting for approximately 20 minutes while Emma was applying color to that client, even though my appointment time should have been reserved solely for me. I love going to Fresh Hair Co for my hair care needs! My stylist Emma is so nice and personable and always makes me feel so welcome. Every time Emma does my hair she exceeds my expectations and I look forward to my next appointment with her. I would recommend Fresh Hair Co to anyone looking for a high quality experience!

Service: honestly, Fantastic. One of the best haircuts I've had. Unethical issue: as a prior stylist I understand "time is money" but after having a stroke at a young age I understand life happens and being charged if having to cancel at last minute for none repetitive event customers is obsered. Having the ability to waive the fee depending what the situation is, is a violation of personal privacy. Being charged for something out of your control is unethical. I'm not about to tell my business just because of money. I will respectfully, go elsewhere.

I highly recommend this salon. The shop is clean and beautifully done. My stylist really listened to my hair concerns and worked towards the look and hair health goals I wanted. Everyone is very welcoming and kind, too.
