Fresh Cutz Barbershop

Came in a few days ago and let my son choose his haircut. (He was excited) He said a taper and the girl barber kicked him out the chair without even asking if he liked it. NO CONSIDERATION FOR A CHILD!! She didn’t even finish it, skipped the whole back of my son’s hair. I guess the owner lets everyone do what they want. She should be fired for such actions. I won’t be coming here again and will take my son somewhere else from now on.

My girlfriend booked an appointment with Chucky for her son and mistakenly went to the wrong place and missed the appointment. She explained what happened and apologized and they still charged her credit card “because she didn’t show up.” People today don’t understand customer loyalty. He kept her $23 but he missed out on all of her future business, all of her family’s future business and all of her friend’s business. There are a lot of places that cut hair. We will be going to one that values it’s customers and is not do short sighted.

Chucky did a great job with my hair and gave me a warm welcome to the shop. Did exactly what I asked in like 30 mins! Very talented and I’ll be coming back for sure.
