Got the full service experience from Linda Lou and it was great! She gave me the best cut I’ve have in a minute and for the full service experience she washed and massaged my hair, gave me a hot towel, and an arm and hand massage with moisturizer as well. It was a great experience as I have had a stressful few weeks at work and I will definitely return for another. Highly recommend the full experience.

Took my son for a haircut and braids at the freshcuttz on northern, and Albert absolutely nailed it! His patience and attention to detail were unmatched. my son’s hair has never looked better, and he loved it. Won’t be going anywhere else! he also added a design which was pretty cool.

All true.Customers & owners allow misuse of handicap parking without having plaques or license for cars. Constantly parking in handicap spaces. They do nothing Not Bogus, all true. Police come out, as well as property mgmt. Dodge parks in handicap, as well as BMW. Has been reported to city & state disability. You do have control, as a business owner it’s up to you to Not have cars in handicap spaces. You are suppose to have them moved & be towed, it’s a fine!!! You call police!!!! Your business has been reported!

Took my son to get his haircut this morning and they start up butchered his hair. My son showed him pictures of what he wanted and the barber just brushed him off. Cut his way too short and my son is super upset 🫤. Nothing to do now except wait for it to grow back and go somewhere else. We used to go to the location on Bethany and never had an issue.

I went here after work to get a haircut. This was my first time here as I recently moved nearby. I usually get a skin fade and that what I got but it is uneven and not tapered properly. The other issue is that I have a full beard and I asked to have my sideburns tapered. I no longer have sideburns but do have some chunks missing out of my beard where my sideburns should meet. It seems that they do have some good barbers there but I guess I got the new guy.
